LISTA is consistently driving forward digitalisation and making targeted investments in innovative solutions for customers and sales. With one of the industry’s most powerful configurators and the new LISTA AI Sales Assistant, product selection and quotation preparation are now even easier, faster and more efficient.
The LISTA configurator provides access to more than 170,000 articles, including accessories and spare parts. From configuration right through to fully electronic quotation preparation, customers and sales partners benefit from an end-to-end digital process.
Since May 2026, the configurator has also been complemented by the new LISTA AI Sales Assistant. This AI-powered solution assists users with product searches, spare part identification and technical enquiries, creating a completely new user experience.
Intelligent advice in over 90 languages
The LISTA AI Sales Assistant understands customer enquiries in more than 90 languages and provides precise product recommendations in the five LISTA languages: German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. It is even possible to identify products using pictures.
