As an international industrial company, we offer broad and practice-focused training with excellent prospects. We attach great importance to personal attributes when selecting our trainees.

We want your training to be a success and to ensure that you can achieve your personal objectives. That’s why we will support you from your very first day of work if you join us having completed your compulsory schooling. We offer three- or four-year traineeships, including a vocational diploma, in six different job categories. If you’d like to be part of our team, we’d be delighted to receive your application documents, comprising your CV, secondary school certificates and an aptitude test (Stellwerk and/or Multicheck). The Multicheck test is particularly desirable for technical professions.

SWISS-CERTIFIED BUSINESSPERSON

Business people write letters, organise meetings, travel or events, and make the appropriate arrangements. The draw up quotes, process orders, write minutes, create invoices, make payments and maintain contact with customers and suppliers.

Vocational college
Extended basic education (Profile E) 1 to 2 days per week
Vocational school-leaving certificate (Profile M) 2 days per week

SWISS-CERTIFIED IT SPECIALIST

IT specialists who focus on IT for business are experts in holistic solutions. They devise IT concepts, install hardware and software, and ensure that IT systems are operating reliably.

1st training year 3 days per week
2nd training year 2 days per week
3rd/4th training year 1 day per week

SWISS-CERTIFIED POLYMECHANIC

Polymechanics make tools, equipment parts and production devices. They operate and program both manual and computer-controlled processing machines, oversee production, put systems and apparatus into operation, and maintain them going forward.

2nd - 4th training year 1 day per week

SWISS-CERTIFIED LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Logistics specialists transport, store and distribute goods in a professional manner. They are responsible for the approval and monitoring of incoming goods, and oversee warehousing, stock removal and picking. They are also in charge of packaging, loading and internal transportation.

1st to 3rd training year 1 day per week

SWISS-CERTIFIED DESIGN ENGINEER

Design engineers design and construct individual parts and assemblies for devices, machines and production facilities. They create design drawings on the computer and create technical documentation. They also work on projects and draw up project documents.

3rd training year 1.5 days per week
4th training year 1 day per week
Vocational school-leaving certificate 2 days per week
